LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. MY KIDS LOVE THE POOL AND STAFF APARTMENT IS COZY. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE LOVE IT.

Moved here in May. Very nice and good place to live.

Hello. I moved in Ashton Oaks with my fiance and 2 kids back in May. I was very pleased with the staff and how they also ... talk to children. They all are very nice and will help everyone as much as they can. They apartments are clean when u move in. And its just perfect for my family. My kids love living here bc of the pool of course but they love it and they actually learned how to swim in this pool. The staff is always keeping it nice and clean. And the fitness room is very nice for the parents to get a little stress out. lol. Everyone here is very quiet and nice. And very nice to live here as well bc theres cops in here so that makes me feel safe. I sometimes help out the staff by cleaning up the hall ways and the doors and windows when they are busy. And I love to help them bc they helped my family have a place to live. And they are always nice to my kids. Ashton Oaks Apartments are very nice and quiet to live in so if anyone needs a place to live then check out the website and think about it. Young man with gray hair

I don't know his name but I want to gives my warmest Thank YOU to him. My first encounter with him was when I was discharged ... from the hospital and didn't have the keys to my apartment. Nice place

I have lived here for several months now and could not be more pleased with this place. I do not hear my neighbors through ... the walls, the grounds are kept up, but parking becomes a problem at times. I turned in one maintenance request and it was completed in an hour. The ladies that work the office are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to all my friends. I have stayed at a lot of apartments in Brandon Florida and this place in New Port Richey is a rare find. Read More about Nice place

Amazing and close to everything

This is the best place we have lived in to call home. The management office is so efficient and always have a smile on their ... faces. I feel like I have a family away from family. The units include washer & dryers which is an added bonus and the neighbors and complex are so quiet. We never have any issues on property, and its set back from 52 that you feel like you are away from life. Tampa and surrounding areas are a 30 min drive right from the Suncoast that is 3 minutes away. The weight room & cardio room is great. It would be great if the pool area had additional lighting now that its summer and warm out, we do enjoy an evening swim. I have had a wonderful experience at Ashton Oaks. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and prompt with any questions ... or concerns that I have had. The grounds are always kept up nice and I've never had a problem with any noises from my neighbors. Parking is limited and that's the only downside to living here. Prime location

Ashton Oaks is a hidden gem! It's very peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. The staff and maintenance crew are always ... on top of things. They have awesome amenities and it's the prime location! It isn't far from the college at all and Tampa feels like it's right around the corner via Suncoast Parkway Veterans Highway. Great But..

The apartments are great, they are cozy and inviting (aside from the kitchen)! Tiffany , Mike and their crew are friendly ... and great to the residents !
